Southern Power Corporation, in collaboration with youth unions of 21 southern provinces and cities - from Ninh Thuan to Ca Mau - has trained for power-saving-communication skills for 3,150 youth members.

The courses are about popularizing power-saving measures in the field of manufacturing, service, household lighting, as well as advising how to save energy in aquaculture and dragon fruit and flower plantings. They are also trained how to introduce energy-saving devices in lighting in island districts and using LED for offshore fishing boats, etc.
